The Parables
I absolutely loved this reading. It brought forth a lot of questions that I have both been asked before and think about a lot while I'm laying in bed for 3 hours trying to fall asleep.
The world is awful, sinful, and honestly pretty depressing to live in as the "american dream" is just wanting to be able to pay bills and have somewhere to stay now. In a world so overrun by hate, is it really possible it could've been made by a kind and loving God? Yes, absolutely. He didn't make the world full of sin, we did. He gives us free choice on what we do, hence Adam and Eve. He advises us, and tries to help us without controlling us. It's up to people to listen to that advice.
I commented on Phillip and Sophia's posts.

So what did you think about the reading itself? What questions did it bring forth that you had been asking while laying in bed for 3 hours trying to fall asleep?
