Master and the Margarita

First off, why didn't we read this last semester? It would've fit in soooo well with all the stuff we were reading, in my opinion.

Regardless, did anyone else get...really worried when the stranger started telling Berlioz how he would die? You can really say that Berlioz lost his head about it. But really, if I was Ivan or Mikhail in this situation I would've hauled it out of there. Someone knowing my name in full and also knowing when the person I'm with is gonna die? AND on top of that knowing that I was about to see someone about schizophrenia? Why did these guys hang around for so long? I'd have never even spoken to this guy!

Overall it feels like there's a idiot sense of wonder within the main characters (following within the part of the book that takes place in Russia), and I'm interested to see where that leads on off to.

I commented on Zelda and Sophia's posts.
